They cover the website itself — the terms of any engineering work we carry out for you are set out separately, in the contract for that work.
About this website
This website describes who we are and what we design and manufacture. It is an information and enquiry channel. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no order, quotation or commitment comes into existence through this site.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting an enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve stock, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any supply of goods or services by IGDS is governed by a separate written quotation, purchase order or agreement, signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents prevail.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the technical descriptions, specifications and capability information on this site correct and current. Even so, product specifications change, and material may become out of date. Descriptions here are indicative and provided for general guidance.
Do not rely on this website alone for design, selection, safety or purchasing decisions. Ask us to confirm the current specification in writing for your specific application before you commit to anything. Our products include electrical and motor control equipment which must be selected, installed, operated and maintained by competent persons in accordance with the applicable standards, statutory requirements and our own documentation.
Acceptable use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation of our products and services. You may not:

Where our engineering services produce designs, firmware or documentation for a client, the ownership of that work product is determined by the contract for that project, not by these terms.
Confidentiality
Please do not send confidential drawings, specifications or commercial information through the enquiry forms on this site. Information submitted through a public web form is not treated as confidential unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you. Contact us first and we will put one in place where the discussion needs it.

This site links to other websites, including our social media profiles. Those sites are run by other organisations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
